1. Is the weight of the hand truck appropriate for the intended use.  Aluminum is not always the lightest hand truck, it maybe the most durable under certain conditions.
2. Wheel selection is important.  Solid tires work best on solid surfaces such as concrete & wood floors.  for applications on grass, gravel, up & down steps, curbs or a combination of these and concrete then select the pneumatic tires.  Cushion tires or semi-pneumatic tires are a compromise between the two and work well but usually at a reduced load capacity.
3. Is the load capacity of the hand truck sufficient for your intended use?
4. Some hand trucks can be shipped via UPS others due to width or weight can only be shipped on a truck.  How soon will you need the hand truck?
5. We frequently drop ship hand trucks from the manufacturer to save the customer the cost of double freight to us and then to you the customer.  We save on inventory costs as well.  When returning a undamaged hand truck you will be responsible for the freight as well as a 25% restocking charge.  Please make your selection carefully and do not hesitate calling us before your purchase to review all the considerations if you are unsure of all the options.  877-885-7527.
6. The hand trucks are warranted for one year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer to be free from defects in material and workmanship under correct use and normal operating conditions and proper application.  Our obligation under the warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange at our option FOB origination of the product or part to be defective.
